Return & Refund Policy
At KovoBags, we strive to provide high-quality products. We want to make the return and refund process clear and easy for you. Please review our specific policy guidelines below:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Time Limit: Customers must initiate a return request within **7 days of delivery**.
- Condition: The item must be **unused, unwashed, and in its original condition** with all tags and original packaging intact.
- No Returns: We **do not accept returns** for general size or subjective quality-related issues.
2. Exchange Policy (Fittings Only)
- Exchange Acceptable: Exchange is **only acceptable for fittings (size) related issues**.
- Cost: For fittings related issues, we will exchange your product **free of cost**.
- Refund Exception: For fittings related issues, a refund **will not be accepted**; only an exchange is permitted.
- Delivery Time: Replacement/exchange products will be delivered within **7–10 business days** after the returned item is received and inspected.
3. Refund Policy (Manufacturing Defects & Disputes)
We only accept refunds in exceptional circumstances to avoid fraudulent claims:
- Only Acceptable For: We only accept a refund for a **product dispute issue** or any type of **visible manufacturing defect** or damage.
- Verification Required: You need to send **visible product images** and the packing slip via WhatsApp.
- Verification Timeline: Our internal team will check and verify the issue; this process will take **48 to 72 hours**.
- Final Decision: We reserve the right to decline refunds for any other causes.
4. Processing & Credit Time
- Refund Processing: Once the returned item is inspected and the refund is approved, the refund process may take **3 business days** to finalize internally.
- Credit to Original Method (Prepaid): If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within **7–10 business days**.
- Credit for COD Orders: For **COD (Cash on Delivery) orders**, the refund will be processed by **UPI method or bank transfer** provided by you and will be credited within **7–10 business days**.
- Initiation: To initiate any request, please message us via **WhatsApp** with your order number and the reason for the request.
**CRITICAL NOTE:** Please note that returns are **NOT** acceptable for general size or subjective quality-related issues. We only accept returns for exchange due to fitting issues or for a refund due to verified manufacturing defects.
